On July 2, 2025, the 2025 Silk Road Rally commenced with great fanfare in Irkutsk, Russia.
The Silk Way Rally, established in 2009, ranks among the world's premier off-road rallies.
From 2016 to 2019, the event featured stages within China, following the historic Silk Road route for intense competition. It culminated in a spectacular finish ceremony at Beijing's Bird's Nest stadium, attracting participation from numerous Chinese teams and drivers.

This year's race spans over 4,800 kilometers, featuring 11 stages and 9 base camps, with a special stage stretching over 2,400 kilometers.

The race route spans Russia and Mongolia, passing through cities such as Baikalsk, Ulan-Ude, Ulaanbaatar, and Altai, before concluding in Gorno-Altaysk, Russia.

The race track spans diverse terrains including forests, grasslands, deserts, Gobi landscapes, hills, and mountains, earning it the title of “the ultimate off-road testing ground.” It poses immense challenges for race cars, drivers, and support teams alike.
The competition features categories including cars, trucks, motorcycles, and UTVs.
Unlike the Ring Tower Rally, the Silk Road Rally highlights the truck category competition.
Russia's Kamaz Masters team entered five vehicles, three of which were equipped with Chinese K-MAN shock absorbers.

The Kamaz-Master team is Russia's sole factory team competing in world motorsports. With 19 Dakar Rally victories and countless triumphs in other global events, it stands as one of the world's premier racing teams.

Since 2024, the Kamaz team has chosen to engage in deep cooperation with K-MAN, with both parties undergoing a year-long development and testing process.
At June's Russian Championship Cup, they secured the top three podium positions—a result that, while insignificant for the dominant Kamaz team, demonstrated K-MAN's formidable product capabilities. This success paved the way for K-MAN's participation as Kamaz's strategic partner in the 2025 Silk Way Rally.

The specially established Touring Experience category is equally noteworthy. This group utilizes the same race track as the professional category, but features shortened special stage distances and stricter speed limits, allowing more off-road enthusiasts to experience the thrill of top-tier off-road racing.

Notably, among the less than 30 vehicles in the test group, the Tank series alone accounted for 10 units, with multiple units opting for K-MAN shock absorbers.
It's important to note that while the official modified version of the domestic Tank 300 comes factory-equipped with K-MAN shock absorbers, this modified variant has yet to be introduced to Russia. This indicates that overseas drivers have independently selected and installed the Chinese K-MAN product.
From the Silk Road to the Belt and Road Initiative, Chinese manufacturing is writing a new chapter on the global stage.
The powerful alliance between K-MAN and Kamaz not only showcases breakthroughs in Chinese shock absorber technology but also marks the rise of Chinese brands in top-tier international competitions.

K-MAN's recent technological breakthroughs give us confidence in securing partnerships with more top-tier racing teams.
Stay tuned for this cross-continental off-road extravaganza spanning Europe and Asia, and we cordially invite you to witness the spectacular performance of China Red on global race tracks.
