Speed-Progressive Valve
Based on traditional compression adjustment valves, a group of piston valve systems is added to cooperate with the main piston valve system to optimize the force curve of the shock absorber at low speed, medium speed, and high compression. This achieves the characteristics of slow increase in damping force at low speed compression, rapid increase in damping force at medium speed compression, and rapid increase in damping force at high speed compression.

High/Low Speed Compression Adjustment Valve
The high/low speed adjustment designed for your compression damping. Please note that high and low speed refer to the damper speed, not the speed of the vehicle! Low speed compression damping generates more stability, especially for the small bumps. With the high speed compression adjustment you adjusts how the damping reacts on high impacts such as a landing after a jump.

Hydraulic Rebound Stop System
Technology for the end of rebound stroke energy management. The aim of this technology is to dissipate the energy progressively and reduce the chassis acceleration at the rebound end-of-travel. HRS for all K-MAN shocks.

Progressive Displacement Damping System
Double tube, oil-gas separation design, through different displacement holes to increase and decrease the damping flow, The damping force is controlled by both velocity and displacement.Improved off-road control, improved handing, better progressive compression and rebound damping, improved on-road comfort.

Double Tube Pressurized Technology
The DTP technology is a design that allows the gas pressure to always backup the low-pressure side of the piston, to keep pressure at a controlled level. This ensures consistent damping performance on all types of terrain and improves damping response to give outstanding control of the car and tire movements.
Double tube design allows higher levels of adjustability (Low and high speed compression and rebound). Double tube technology Provides progressive and smooth hydraulic bump force values to rebound and compression. Double tube technology integrates speed and displacement, providing variable multiple speed characteristics.

Double Tube Pressurized Electronic Technology
The DTP-E shock absorber is an advanced product based on the DTP structure, featuring an upgrade from a mechanical adjustment valve to a continuously adjustable electromagnetic valve. Paired with the K-MAN self-developed suspension controller, it allows the driver to select the shock absorber's working mode directly from the cabin without stopping the vehicle. The system is capable of automatic damping adjustments at a frequency of 50 to 200 times per second.

Adjustable Hydraulic Bump Stop System
Technology for the end of compression stroke energy management. The HBS is a hydraulic system which replaces conventional hard bump stops with hydraulic cushion. This technology allows to absorber high energies in short travel in a progressive manner. The HBS is a speed and position dependant technology.
Features :
Fully Tuneable (Load, Engagement and Progressivity).
Available on the FM-58, DK-60 and DTP structure (Adjustable option).
Provides progressive and smooth hydraulic bump force values.

Roll Control System
RCS Can remain in anti-roll (when cornering), anti-dive (when braking), Prevent the body posture of the vehicle from sinking (when accelerating), etc., and improve the grip and stability of the vehicle.

Fast Rebound Control Technology
The FRC system is our patented technology, its purpose is to release the shock absorber travel in the shortest time, allowing the wheel to hit the ground at the fastest speed.

HYDRAULIC REBOUND STOP SYSTEM
Technology for the end of rebound stroke energy management. The aim of this technology is to dissipate the energy progressively and reduce the chassis acceleration at the rebound end-of-travel. HRS for all K-MAN shocks.

Twin Piston Control Technology
The twin piston structure consist of two pistons and HBS (Hydraulic Bump Piston) could provide comfortable compression damping and progressive compression damping, which allows you to drive in a very comfortable way without damper bottoming out.

REVERSE STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGY
Reverse Structural Technology redefines the oil flow path inside the shock absorber, making it move in the opposite direction compared to conventional designs. This breakthrough innovation enhances damping response, ensures greater stability, and provides superior adaptability under both on-road and off-road conditions.
